is a visual story through the landscapes of yucatán and my grandmother's pueblo, where I reconnected with my father after years of separation. it is a story about rediscovering ancestral roots, tracing the resilience and beauty of the land, and finding a sense of home within myself.
through these photographs, I document the vibrancy of yucatán's land, the sacredness of pueblo, and the quiet strength of the communities that inhabit them. this project is the process of healing generational wounds, rebuilding a relationship with my father, and uncovering the cultural ties that connect me to my ancestors.
